• Print-to-Spec Utility: We operate strictly as a high-speed manufacturing utility. You provide the locked STEP file; we guarantee physical dimensional fidelity.
• Zero-Design Friction: We do not offer drafting, reverse engineering, or design consulting. We execute digital geometry to spec.
• Non-Production Scope: We manufacture factory aids, End-of-Arm Tooling (EOAT), assembly fixtures, Laser and Sensor brackets, drill guides, and quality inspection gauges. We explicitly bypass consumer end-use components to eliminate corporate compliance delays.
• Turnaround SLA: 48-Hour Standard Lead Time for single-part validation orders. 24-Hour Guaranteed Priority Queue for Master Service Agreement (MSA) contract holders.

Dual-Track Capabilities

TRACK A: FDM / STRUCTURAL & IMPACT

• Target Applications: Non-marring robotic end-effectors, wear blocks, high-load assembly fixtures, material handling grippers.
• Materials:
  • TPU (95A): Elastomeric, non-marring surface protection for automotive interior and delicate skin assembly.
  • ABS / ASA: Dimensional stability, impact resistance, and continuous thermal performance for factory floor tooling.
  • Polycarbonate (PC) & Carbon Composite: High-stiffness, structural load-bearing components replacing machined metal/nylon billets.
  • Material color: White, Black, Engineering Grey (Note: Custom pigmentation requires active MSA production minimums to bypass our 48-hour SLA)
• Envelope: Enclosed thermal management up to 256 x 256 x 256mm build volume.

TRACK B: 16K MSLA / MICRO-TOLERANCE & INSPECTION

• Target Applications: Zero-tolerance “Go/No-Go” inspection gauges, precision drill guides, master molds, alignment templates.
• Materials:
  • ABS-Like 2.0 Photopolymer: High-detail resolution combined with enhanced shatter resistance for physical factory floor drops.
  • High-Toughness Ultra Resins: Engineered for intensive mechanical use, high tensile strength, and smooth surface finish.
  • Material color: White, Black, Engineering Grey (Note: Custom pigmentation requires active MSA production minimums to bypass our 48-hour SLA)
• Envelope: Precision micro-tolerance processing up to 211 x 118 x 220mm build volume.
